Effective May 7, 2026. This notice describes how The Sound Store, operated by Valleytainment Productions LLC, handles storefront, checkout, library, and support information.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the storefront: contact details you submit, checkout and receipt details from Stripe, Firebase account identifiers when you sign in, catalog/library activity needed to deliver purchases, and technical logs used to protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to process purchases, deliver beat files and license agreements, maintain your library, respond to support requests, prevent fraud or abuse, improve storefront reliability, and satisfy accounting, tax, legal, or security obligations.
Service providers
We use trusted providers including Stripe for checkout, Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, Firestore, and Storage, Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, and email providers for transactional delivery and support.
Retention
Order records, license metadata, and support records may be retained for business, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. Buyer download links and active Storage retention follow the delivery window described in the license and retention notices.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting the support inbox below. Some order and license records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contract-enforcement reasons.
